As an artist based in the Chicagoland  area, and inspired by the city's magnificent architecture as well as her architectural and design background,  Amira's art often depicts aspects of city life, events and all those emotions that entail everyday experiences. 

The art ranges from abstract pieces to city-scape  with varied techniques and paints, as well as different types of canvases.

In some pieces, she recycles unused architectural materials and samples and re-use of what would have been discarded pieces, into her artwork.
